Yes. Employers may not cause loss of pay for jury absence but may reduce pay by the court compensation other than expenses2
Job protection
After reasonable notice, employers may not impose discharge, loss of pay, loss of sick leave or other penalty. Shift workers are excused without loss of pay. Class IV misdemeanor2
Many counties pay more than the state minimum, and your summons usually says what you will be paid. If something here is not covered, your summons or the court clerk can tell you.
