Jury Pay by State sets out juror pay and job rules. It is independent, has no link to any court, and is not legal advice.

• Pay and rules come from the state statute or the court's own jury pages, linked on each state page.
• Where an official site could not be read, we used a copy of the law from a legal publisher and mark it "secondary".
• Where counties set pay, we show the state minimum or range.
• If a source does not say something, we say so. We never fill gaps from memory.

Corrections

Legislatures change juror pay often. Changes are checked against the law and dated in the change log. No payment is accepted to change, add or remove anything.
